After-hours emergencies are covered Monday – Thursday by The Gardens Vet Clinic.
After-hours emergencies Friday – Sunday and Public holidays are shared between multiple Vet Clinics in the Dunedin area.

We've got everything for your pet under one roof! From Grooming to nutrition and everything in-between. If you're looking for a new pet, we always have a wide selection of puppies, kittens, fish, birds, rabbits etc., and even the odd exotic pet such as our famous Blue Tongue Lizards!
Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are here to help you, and are usually able to source products should we not have what you want in stock.
We will always put your pets health and wellbeing first and are very fortunate to work alongside a bunch of the most dedicated vets, vet nurses and customer care people in the country.

With a passion for animals and business Fiona and her husband spent several years farming before moving to purchase a sporting goods store for 12 years. Finally ending up in Dunedin after purchasing a lifestyle property and joining the team in 2012. Fiona enjoys interacting with people and working alongside her great team.
Fiona has had many pets over the years and now with George who is absolutely spoilt and believes he has full ownership of the house.
Outside of work Fiona enjoys playing golf, watching netball &rugby, spending time in the garden and reading. Fiona tells us the best stress release and relaxation is her adult colouring books and App.
Veterinarian Nurse - CVN
Jade started her career in the industry in Perth, then relocated to her home town of Dunedin. She holds a certificate in Veterinary Nursing with a strong focus on customer engagement. She enjoys being an advocate for customers and their pets ensuring clear communication while understanding the standards of care required for the welfare of pets. Jade has a clinical interest in anaesthesia and analgesia which she would like to specialise in the future.
Jade and her partner would like to settle into their own home and have their heart set on owning a Shiba Inu.
She is also a member of the film society BOTU [Bus of the Undead] making short films and participating in the annual 48 hour film competition.
After working tourism at Larnach Castle, Charissa moved to the UK to work and travel Europe. After 4 years abroad, she moved back to New Zealand in order to study veterinary nursing.
Charissa is kept busy with her Maine Coon cat, Tali and 2 dogs; Arrow, a German Shepherd cross and Sansa, a retired Greyhound. When she has a spare moment, she enjoys photography, particularly astro-photography and capturing auroras, spending time with friends & family and salsa dancing.
