We have a brand new team of dedicated veterinarians & fully qualified veterinary nurses backed by our customer service team.Dr Milan joined our team in February, Dr Dianne recently joined us in October from Orlando, Florida USA, we are very excited with the knowledge & skills both vets bring to our clinic.Christine, an experienced nurse who has recently worked at the After Hours Emergency Clinic & lastly Antionette, who has just joined our team this month.Antionette has worked in a 24hr specialist clinic in South Africa, overseeing a nursing team of ten & supporting a veterinarian team of seven, so we are extremely happy to have her with us.
We cater to all of South Auckland especially the suburbs of Manurewa, Manukau, Takanini, Papakura, Drury, Waiuku, Pukekohe.

Veterinarian - MVDr, MRCVS, BSAVA PGCert SAM
Since graduating in 1997, Milan has had an exciting history working as a small animal vet in various countries across the world. He has worked in Hong Kong SPCA, neuter clinics in Micronesia and busy referral hospitals of Dallas and London. Most recently, Milan ran a clinic in the UK before returning back to New Zealand and joining our Manurewa branch as our Senior Vet.
Milan enjoys working together with clients to achieve the best possible outcome for their pets wellbeing. He holds a post graduate certificate in small animal medicine at Nottingham Univeristy, and his special interests include small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
In his spare time, you can find Milan travelling, learning new languages and sport activities. An interesting fact about Milan; he was involved in saving National Park Skadar in Montenegro from damaging construction development.
Veterinarian - DVM
Dianne worked for 3 years at Banfield Pet Hospital in Orlando, Florida. After this, she worked at Bellalago Veterinary Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida for a year before joining Pet Doctors Manurewa. Dianne loves helping people and animals and feeling that she did something good for someone at the end of the day. She is interested in integrative medicine and acupuncture for small animals.
Dianne has 1 mixed Maine Coon cat called Canopy and 1 Chihuahua dog named Quenepa who are currently with her in New Zealand. Se also has a Acecola the Chihuahua x Miniature Pinscher rescue dog who is currently with her partner in Puerto Rico but they will be joining Dianne in Auckland soon.
Dianne loves to sing and if she wasn't a veterinarian she would be a professional singer!
Gaylene has been part of the team since 1998. Gaylene feels she is privileged to be working with a great team of experience Veterinarians and Veterinary Nurses at Pet Doctors Manurewa. Gaylene enjoys meeting and greeting all clients and is a great advocate for pets and owners. At home Gaylene enjoys reading, music, travel and spending time with her family including furry pets, Comet & Blue.
Hayley has been working in the veterinary industry for 10 years. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her Jack Russel/Mini Fox Terrier called Lucy and her three cats Charlotte, Sky and Milly.
Christine began volunteering in a veterinary clinic when she was just 13 years old and still at school. She was employed as a vet nurse straight out of school and proceeded to get qualified while working in 1996. She has worked in a variety of clinics over the years with both large and small animals. She's also worked in clinics overseas and emergency after hour clinics. She enjoys surgery and has a keen interest in exotics. Christine helps out with fostering and wildlife whenever she can.
Christine currently has 3 rescue animals; ginger cat Cruizy, grey & white cat named Fluffy (who needs to lose some weight) and Roger the rabbit. All of her pets have come to her as rescues.
