Scott is an experienced veterinarian who enjoyed working overseas before joining the team. Scott is focused on providing high standards of care to clients and patients, with a special interest in surgery, feline medicine and dermatology.
Outside of work Scott enjoys paragliding, rock climbing, tramping and tennis.
Veterinarian - BSc (Genetics), BVSc
JP graduated as a vet in 2008 where he worked in South Africa till 2011 when he married his wife. They set of shortly after they married and worked in Hong Kong for 3 years. After going back to South Africa for a short time, JP and his wife decided to go on a new adventure and make New Zealand their new home. The part JP loves most about the role is not having a desk job. He never knows what his next consult will be and enjoys soft tissue surgery.
Once JP is settled in, his new home will definitely need a new furry companion.

Emily is currently studying for her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing. While enjoying her nursing role, Emily is involved with the day to day running of the clinic. Emily enjoys spending time with her teenage son and American Staffordshire Terrier, Kaiser.

Before Sarah joined Pet Doctors Barrington, she spent 4 years working with research animals. Her favourite part about being a veterinary nurse is forming a relationship with clients and their pets. Sarah's special interests include canine behaviour and physiotherapy.
Sarah has two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels called Charlie & Basil and one cat tabby cat called Tiger Lily.
