The Pet Doctors Story 

Pet Doctors was originally founded by two Kiwi veterinarians, Steve Merchant and Seton Butler, in 2005.

Their vision was to bring together a group of like-minded veterinarians, vet nurses, and other talented people who share a common goal - they're all passionate about the well-being of animals. By sharing resources and taking a team-based approach to care, together they can provide a greater quality of care, to a greater number of pets. Each Pet Doctors clinic support each other to achieve the highest standards in veterinary practice, and provide the best in service to clients.

Today, Steve and Seton lead a team of Pet Doctors head office support staff, clinic managers, veterinarians and vet nurses. The network of Pet Doctors clinics continues to grow, as existing clinics join the group and new clinics are launched.
